An official meeting was held between the donors and partners of the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), organized at the initiative of the Fund. During the event, three mine detection dogs, purchased with the support of “Azerlotereya” OJSC, were officially presented to ANAMA. Chairman of the KRF Board of Directors, Rahman Hajiyev, emphasized in his speech that the mines planted by Armenians in the liberated territories significantly hinder the reconstruction and development efforts in these regions. He stressed the importance of solidarity in solving this problem and thanked the donors and partners who have supported the Fund’s activities to date. 

Rahman Hajiyev expressed confidence that with joint efforts, Karabakh will soon become one of the most beautiful places in the world. Chairman of the Board of “Azerlotereya” OJSC, Osman Karakuş, stated that they are pleased to contribute not only to the reconstruction of the liberated territories but also to their demining. According to him, the mine detection dogs donated to ANAMA will support both the clearing of mines and unexploded ordnance as well as the acceleration of reconstruction works. He also noted that a portion of the revenue from the sale of lottery tickets under the "Everything for Karabakh" project is donated to the KRF. In addition, he highlighted that since 2022, more than 150 family members of martyrs have had their education and living expenses covered under the “Loyalty to the Trust” project. 

Chairman of ANAMA’s Board, Vugar Suleymanov, underlined that addressing the problem of mines and other remnants of war requires collective effort and strong partnerships. He expressed gratitude to all partners supporting this field. Following the speeches, three mine detection dogs – Romi, Şimşək, and Scooby – purchased by “Azerlotereya” were donated to ANAMA through the KRF to contribute to the demining of liberated territories and the acceleration of the Great Return process. Certificates of donation were presented to Vugar Suleymanov by Rahman Hajiyev and Osman Karakuş. At the event, “Azerlotereya” OJSC was awarded a special “Certificate of Appreciation” for donating 500,000 AZN over the past 12 months towards the revival of liberated territories.
